CrossFit Saturday 9 & 10am @ Uptown
This Saturday at 2833 Lee Ave (yep, its a garage).  If you are interested in and/or learning about CrossFit come check it out.  It is definitely one of the best and most fun ways of working out.  All are welcome as the exercises are all scalable, thus can be adjusted depending on where you are at.  Check out www.crossfit.com for general CrossFit details and email Jeff at christfit.jr@gmail.com if you are interested and/or want more information about his garage gym and the workout sessions there (aka ChristFit).

Cycling
There is a group that rides during the week (very organized group).  They average 18 - 19 mph and ride around White Rock Lake most of the time I believe.  If you would be interested, please email Jared Goodwin at: jgoodwinj@gmail.com

Fitness Boot Camp:  Camp Gladiator
Camp Gladiator was recently voted ‘Best Boot Camp in Texas’ by Competitor Magazine.  Camp Gladiator was started by Watermark’s very own Ally Davidson after she won the NCB TV show American Gladiators last year.   The motto of the camp is to inspire people to get into “Gladiator shape.”  The 4 week fitness boot camp offers dynamic, high intensity workouts that cater to all fitness levels, ages, and genders.     A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more.  Not only is it a fantastic full body, functional workout that will challenge you in many ways, but CG is a great place to meet people!  Each workout is different and is usually followed with some type of game to keep it entertaining.  Campers can go to any location as much as they want, with one of the locations being right here at Watermark church!  Check out www.campgladiator.com for all the info!  Also, call or email to find out more info on the Watermark Church member $40 off discount.

Kickball Mondays and Wednesdays!
Spring Kickball meeting February 23rd, 6:30 pm in the Porch Cafe (near the fireplace).  We will discuss days, times, and other details and create rosters!!

Ice Hockey @ Metroplex Christian Hockey Association
Do you ever watch the Dallas Stars and wish you could get on the ice?  Or maybe you moved to Dallas from a northern state and wish you could lace up the skates one more time again?  We have an opportunity for you!  With over 500 men and women players the MCHA (Metroplex Christian Hockey Association www.mchaonline.com) is the largest Adult Christian Ice Hockey Ministry in the world!  Fall season begins in November and, whether you are a first-timer on the ice or you are a former collegiate player, there is a league level for you!  And we have the best ice times in the metroplex!  If you are interested please contact Liz at info@mchaonline.com.

Meet in the parking lot behind the On The Border on Knox and Travis at 6:00AM SHARP on Wednesdays.  The more people the better so that we have people with different paces and number of miles. Running Saturday, 7am @ Watermark
This week, Marathoners have 7 miles (nice short run), halvers have 11 miles, and my triumverate has 6.  Let's meet at Run On at 7am.  We will run the katy trail.  If anyone is interested, I will build a route coming back via downtown and uptown.  As always, email me affirmatives only. Ultimate Frisbee Sunday 3pm @ Village Athletic Fields
The Village Apartments athletic fields are located at Caruth Haven Lane & Southwestern Blvd, due east of North Central Expressway (US-75).   Volleyball Sunday Due to the rain, we will not be having volleyball until the spring!
